化學物質種類繁多、性質複雜,若無足夠化學品安全危害資訊、無適當儲存或操作條件、人員訓練不足或危害認知不足等,皆可能造成重大意外。因此需要多加強化學品安全管理相關專業訓練,避免因專業訓練不足而導致化學品不當使用、誤用或其他危害事故之產生。本研究應用虛擬實境技術開發化學品教育訓練工具,以減少從事化學品作業時可能發生的危害,目前已完成11單元之化學品虛擬實境教育訓練單元的虛擬實境頭盔版與個人電腦版教材,可作為一般安全衛生教育訓練及在職安全衛生教育訓練使用。同時建立網路虛擬實境教育訓練平台整合所有危害通識虛擬實境教育訓練工具,發展一套符合職業安全衛生教育訓練規則要求且能提升化學品安全衛生管理能力的新型態安全衛生教育訓練系統。根據使用者回饋意見分析,有九成五以上的使用者認為教材內容編排可以提升化學品安全管理的概念,單元的練習有適當的指引正確操作模式且虛擬實境訓練教材會比傳統教育訓練更能引發學習之興趣。使用者對各教材單元內容都認為難度適中淺顯易懂,認為此化學品危害通識虛擬實境教育訓練教材相當適合作為入門級之危害性化學品與化學相關操作危害預防之教育訓練教材。
英文摘要
"The absence of adequate chemical safety hazard information, improper storage or delivery conditions, inadequate training of personnel or lack of awareness of hazards may cause major accidents. It suggested that the relevant professional training in chemical safety management should strengthened to avoid the improper use, misuse or other hazard accidents caused by incomplete information or insufficient professional training. Virtual reality (VR) technology provides a unique sense of experience and has used by more and more institutions as an educational training and simulation practice model. This study has completed 11 training units, which can be as general occupational safety and health training and on-the-job occupational safety and health training.This work is to develop chemical education and training tools on the themes of chemical operations and establish a network virtual reality education and training platform to integrate all tools. According to user feedback, more than 95 percent of users believe that the content of this chemical education and training tools can enhance the concept of chemical safety management, the module exercises have appropriate guidance on the correct mode of operation and virtual reality training materials will be more than traditional education training to arouse interest in learning. Participants think that the difficulty of training tools are moderate, interactive good or easy to understand and other positive affirmation, showing that this set of virtual reality chemical education and training tools are quite suitable as entry-level hazardous chemicals and chemical-related operational hazard prevention."
