湛江市商場無障礙設施調查研究──以萬達和金沙灣萬象廣場為例

Investigation of the barrier-free facilities of shopping malls in Zhanjiang City-- take Wanda Plaza and Sands Bay Vientiane Plaza as examples

障礙環境（Barrier-free environment）是指一種理想的無障礙環境，包括物質環境、信息和交流的無障礙。商場是人流較多的公共場所，在設計與建設方面也應該考慮殘障人士、老年人、孕婦、兒童等特殊人群的使用需求。本文以萬達廣場、金沙灣萬象廣場為研究對象，通過實地調研的方式瞭解以及檢測其無障礙設施情況，並對商場無障礙設施的情況進行分析與討論，根據調查所得結果提出相應的改進策略，期望可為商場今後制定完善的無障礙建設計劃提供建議與參考。

"Barrier-free environment refers to an ideal environment, including barrier-free physical environment, information and communication. Shopping malls are public places with a large number of people, and the use needs of special groups such as the disabled, the elderly, pregnant women and children should also be considered in the design and construction. In this paper, Wanda plaza and Sands Bay Vientiane Plaza are taken as the research objects, and the barrier-free facilities of shopping malls are known and tested through field investigation. Then, according to the survey results, the corresponding improvement strategies are put forward, hoping to provide suggestions and reference for the future development of perfect barrier-free construction plans of shopping malls."
