以計畫行為理論探討技職院校餐旅學生校外實習對職涯規劃之影響關係研究

A Study of Influences on Internship to Career Planning with TPB in Hospitality Vocational College Student

本研究以計畫行為理論為理論架構，探討餐旅系學生實習制度與職涯規畫之關聯，研究採問卷調查法，回收有效問卷215份，資料分析採用結構方程模式進行計畫行為理論變數之影響分析，經分析得到以下結果：校外實習態度會正向影響職涯規劃意圖；校外實習主觀規範會負向影響職涯規劃意圖；校外實習認知行為控制會正向影響職涯規劃意圖；校外實習認知行為控制會正向影響職涯規劃行為；職涯規劃意圖會正向影響職涯規劃行為。針對研究結果對學校單位、業者及後續研究提出建議。

This research used the theory of planned behavior as a conceptual framework. It aimed to investigate the effect between internship and career planning of hospitality students. The article used questionnaire to collect data, and a total of 215 usable questionnaires were returned. The data analysis was used structural equation modeling. The results of the study revealed that the attitude has a positive influence on intention; subjective norm has a negative influence on intention; perceived behavioral control has a positive influence on intention; intention has a positive influence on behavior; perceived behavioral control has a positive influence on behavior. Based on the findings, recommend some suggestions for hospitality schools, industry practitioners, and future research in order to enhance the quality of internship programs.
