The main purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between the involvement degree, the smooth experience and the leisure benefit of the participants in the road running activities. The questionnaire method was adopted to collect the opinions of the people who had participated in the road running activities from April 6 to April 10, 2020. Out of 481 online questionnaires collected, 74 invalid questionnaires were deducted, and 407 valid questionnaires were obtained, and the valid questionnaire recovery rate was 84.6%. By using SPSS software, the recovered data is analyzed with descriptive statistics, and by using AMOS software, the model test of structural equation is carried out. The validation factor analysis, convergence validity, differential validity, violation estimation and model matching are all in accordance with the model test standard of structural equation, therefore, proving that all the research hypotheses are valid. The results showed that the social and economic backgrounds of the samples majority are male, “40-49 years old”, married, average monthly income “above 60,001 Yuan”, and “more than 10 times” of participating road running. The relationship between each potential variable is: 1. The involvement degree of participants in road running activities has a positive effect on the smooth experience (0.833*), 2. The involvement degree of participants in road running activities has a positive effect on the leisure benefit (0.621*), and 3. The smooth experience of participants in road running activities has a positive effect on the leisure benefits (0.263*). According to the results of the study, the author puts forward some suggestions Such as publicizing the benefits of road running activities for the promotion of physical and mental health, encouraging the public to participate in sportsand provides them to the relevant units as references for making relevant promoting policy and forming follow-up activities. |
