The rapid advancements in technologies and the Internet over the recent years have engendered the development of various applications on the market as a sharing platform APP. Quick and easy navigation in such sharing platform APP and the fast matchmaking they facilitate are well received by the public, making these applications an indispensable part of many people’s daily life. Some examples of such sharing platform APP are Youbike, Uber, and iRent. Past research has shown that despite the diversity of these sharing platform APP, the interfact usefulness and interfact ease of use the user’s stickiness to the applications all affect the user’s reuse intention. This study conducted a questionnaire survey to understand the sharing platform APP users’interfact usefulness and interfact ease of use the application user interface and how the level of stickiness affect their intention to reuse the applications. A total of 230 questionnaires were administered and 208 valid questionnaires were returned, for a valid response rate of 90.43%. This study Descriptive Statistics, Correlation analysis, Factor Analysis, Reliability Analysis and Hierarchical Regression on the 208 valid questionnaires collected. The empirical results are as follows: (1) interfact usefulness has a significant positive impact on the reuse intention; (2) interfact ease of use has a significant positive impact on the reuse intention; (3) stickiness have significant positive impact on the reuse intention; (4) stickiness will increase interfact usefulness on the reuse intention between positive correlation; (5) stickiness will increase interfact ease of use on the reuse intention between positive correlation. According to these results, managerial implications and suggestions for future studies were proposed. |
