The study proposes the architecture of shared motorcycles in Mobility as a Service (MaaS) to improve the acceptance of motorcycles-sharing-services. The data include the use of shared motorcycles, buses, intercity buses, Taiwan Railways, High-speed rails, motorcycles, cars, bicycles, shared bicycles. Basing on the transfer data, we can calculate each time point and the user’s journey planning, and the stable probability of the shared motorcycles are only 0.079, which is indeed low. Therefore, it is indeed to promote the acceptance of motorcycles-sharing-services. To summarize the promotion of acceptance of shared motorcycles services, the main factors include service quality, service content, rental rates, service satisfaction and behavior intentions. An online questionnaire survey was conducted, and the overall Cronbachαvalue was 0.928, showing that this research has a good reliability and internal consistency. The overall structural equation modeling analysis results show that service content significantly affects service satisfaction, and service satisfaction also significantly affects the intention of re-use behavior of users. |
