Taiwan’s public transportation system has been built for many years. To achieve sustainable development and move towards the goal of a smart city, the Taipei City Government established and implemented the ''Taipei Smart City Project Office'', hope to let people become accustomed from using various smart services and public transportation. The optimization of smart bus services has effectively increased the penetration rate of smart buses in the region and the utilization rate of consumers. This research collected 28 valid questionnaires and investigated the relationship between 11 aspects that influence the passengers' willingness to take a smart bus: distance to smart stop signs, collision warning, catering recommendation information, clear bus route map, dynamic electronic signage, grasp the real-time location of vehicles, wifi hotspots, driving behavior monitoring, stop sign monitoring and security, App route planning, and attractions and accommodation information. Based on the practical research of DEMATEL, it is found that the distance to smart stop signs, clear bus route maps, and clear accommodation information are three of the most important key factors with high relevance and cause to let people willing to take a smart bus. Suggest possible and improvement directions, and hope to use this research to improve people's willingness to take smart buses and user satisfaction. |
