Abdominal wall clear cell carcinoma: case report and literature review

子宮內膜異位症已知會有惡性轉化的現象，但是已發生在卵巢為最常見，本例報告 一位五十四歲停經後婦女，發生腹壁行子宮內膜異位導致的透明清澈細胞癌的案 例。藉由本例，可學到診斷，治療以及文獻回顧。

Endometriosis is possibly entering malignant transformation process, but this malignant transformation often occurs in the ovary. I report a 54 year-old postmenopausal women with a diagnosis of primary abdominal wall clear cell carcinoma transformed by endometriosis. This case report provides a better understanding for this disease, including diagnosis, management, and literature review.
