從經典《黃帝內經》《難經》之文獻回顧探討泌尿生理

Discussion on the Urinary Physiology from the Review of the Classics ''Huang Di Nei Jing'' and ''Nan Jing''

近年中醫在腎泌尿疾病的治療受到重視，中醫藥使用率也逐年上升，現代醫學泌尿系統是由腎、膀胱、血管系統、腎小管、神經系統及激素構成，因系統分類與方法學之差異，中醫與現代泌尿生理有不同的論述。中醫典籍中，描述泌尿生理的內容散落於不同書本及章節，截至目前無統整性中醫泌尿生理資料，引用文獻多以《素問．經脈別論篇》為架構，但其內容仍不足以描述完整泌尿生理。基於建立由典籍為基礎之泌尿生理架構，本篇結合現代醫學及古籍文獻，分析《黃帝內經》及《難經》兩本中醫經典，期望能歸納出完整中醫泌尿生理路徑，讓中醫面對腎泌尿疾病，能精準、有層次地診治。

Traditional Chinese medicine had been used gradually in renal urinary diseases due to its efficacy and clinical advantages in recent years. The urinary system includes the kidneys, renal pelvis, ureters, bladder and urethra. However, there are conceptual differences between Chinese medicine and western medicine in urinary physiology. In classical TCM literature, urinary physiological articles had scattered in various chapters. Consequently, there is no integrated urological physiological information in Traditional Chinese medicine. In order to set the urinary physiology model, we had reviewed and summarized systematically from modern medical science and the Chinese medical classics called ''Huang Di Nei Jing'' and '' Nan Jing ''. Thus, we could approach renal urinary diseases accurately and deeply base on integrated urinary physiology of Chinese medicine.
