兩岸慢性不癒傷口中醫治療之法比較──以台灣中國醫藥大學北港附設醫院與上海曙光醫院為例

A Comparative Study on Chronic Wounds in Cross-Straits, An Example of Taiwan China Medical University Hespital and Shanghai Shuguang Hespital

本篇論文藉由中國醫藥大學北港附設醫院臨床案例分析，來深入探討中國醫北港附設醫院對慢性不癒傷口的一套標準收案流程、內外科的治療方式，此外，也利用此案例與上海曙光醫院對慢性不癒傷口的治療方式做比較。在總結歸納之後，雖兩岸在證型與用藥頗有差異，但皆有實證醫學驗證，也在臨床案例上都能見到十足的療效。

In this paper, through the clinical case analysis of the China Medical University Hospital, we will deeply discuss a set of standard treatment procedures for chronic wounds, and the treatment methods. In addition, this case is also used to treat chronic wounds to be compared the treatment methods with Shanghai Shuguang Hospital. After summarizing, although the two sides have quite different types of TMC syndromes and traditional Chinese medications, they all have verification of evidence-based medicine, and they have also seen full efficacy in clinical cases.
