全球化在經濟一體化進程中扮演關鍵作用，新自由主義則挾帶其意識形態和西方自本主義國家之發展邏輯，帶給發展中國家或地區國家更多挑戰，成為全球化迷思之爭議。經濟全球化對發展中國家帶來挑戰，其一為國家主權面臨挑戰，其二為跨國金融貿易組織扮演更為重要之角色。主權國家面對經濟全球化呈現兩面性，一方面，政府角色日益弱化；另一方面，大國則執行全球化進程，推進其經貿政策。以發展中國家而言，法律工具選擇更加有限。

Globalization plays a key role in the process of economic integration. Neoliberalism carries its ideology and the development logic of Western self-centered countries, and brings more challenges to specific countries or regions, becoming an alternative to the myth of economic disputes. Economic growth is facing challenges. One is that countries are facing challenges, and the other is that transnational financial and trade organizations play a more important role. In the face of the economy, sovereign states have shown two sides, and the role of the government has gradually weakened. Gradually, large countries have implemented gradual progress to promote their economic and trade policies. In other words, the choice of legal tools is much limited.
