Perks and Downsides of Studying in Taiwan

Hi, I am Liyana from Malaysia. I have been studying at Mandarin Learning & Education Center (MLEC), National Taiwan Ocean University (NTOU) for 6 months now. I first started out the Summer Bridge Course provided by MLEC last year. It was an intensive 2-week course which I believe was really helpful for me to be exposed to the basic local Mandarin usage.
