服務品質滿意度量表信效度之探討

Service Quality Satisfaction on the Reliability and Validity of Scale

目的：驗證高雄市鳳山運動園區服務品質滿意度量表信效度。方法：應用amos統計分析軟體分析模型收斂效度、因素負荷量、組成信度、平均變異數萃取量、區別效度與模型適配度。結果與結論：高雄市鳳山運動園區服務品質滿意度量表具有良好信效度。本研究量表可以提供後續研究者針對不同運動園區驗證服務品質滿意度之參考。

Purpose: To verify the reliability and validity of the Service Quality Satisfaction Scale for Fengshan Sports Park in Kaohsiung City. Methods: Amos statistical analysis software was used to analyze model convergence validity, factor loading, composition reliability, average variance extraction, discriminative validity and model fit. Results and conclusions: The service quality satisfaction scale of Fengshan Sports Park in Kaohsiung City has good reliability and validity. This research scale can provide a reference for follow-up researchers to verify service quality satisfaction in different sports parks.
