意外發現罕見卵巢腺鱗癌：病例報告

Primary adenosquamous carcinoma of the ovary: a rare case report

卵巢癌是婦癌中死亡率極高的癌症之一，上皮性卵巢癌占最大宗，而原發性的腺鱗癌卻極為少見，從篩檢到診斷並不容易，過去的研究都僅有少數案例報告，藉由以下的病例報告及文獻回顧，想討論腺鱗癌的疾病表現及治療方式。

Ovarian cancer is one of the most common gynecologic cancer which causes more deaths than any other cancer of the female reproductive system. The most common type of the ovarian cancer are epithelial ovarian cancer. However, adenosquamous carcinoma is extremely rare. Based on literature review, there was no standard treatment had been concluded. We report a case of a 49 year old woman had stage IC ovarian cancer diagnosed as adenosquamous subtype and systematically reviewed the literature for clinical presentation and options of treatment.
