日本電傳工作現況與發展之研究

Research on the Status and Development of Remote Work in Japan

日本電傳工作（telework; テレワーク）已經行之有年，2020年因為新冠疫情嚴峻，更加快企業執行電傳工作(本文亦指遠距工作)。日本厚生勞動省製作「電傳工作的勞務管理手冊」，宣導電傳工作相關的法令、執行應該注意的勞動條件、勞動時間、休假日管理、勞動安全衛生、勞動災害補償的相關內容。本研究將針對2020年「電傳工作的勞務管理實態調查（テレワークの労務管理等に関する実態調査）」報告進行整理，並說明日本電傳工作的現況與未來發展趨勢，以作為我國電傳工作發展之參考。

Japan's telework has been around for years. In 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, companies had to speed up the implementation of telex work which is remote working. The Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare of Japan has produced the ''labour-management Manual for Telex Work'', which publicizes the laws and regulations related to telex work. The labour health conditions should be more concerned with labour safety and health, and labour accident compensation. This research will collate the report of the 2020 ''Telex Work labour-management Actual Survey'' report, and explain the current status and future development trends of Japan's telex work as the country's telex work Reference for development.
