實習提供一個平台,讓學生運用課堂所學的知識技能與真實的工作世界銜接,提早瞭解產業動態,適應職場工作,將理論和技巧在真實的接觸及體驗中加以整合。實習目的是提供學生從課堂到未來職涯的期望,使得學生能磨練職業所需技能的機會,獲得在職經驗以利畢業銜接就業準備。因此個案系所課程規劃大三升大四進行2個月暑期實習,於暑期實習結束後可申請大四階段的學期實習或是學年實習。目前暑期實習皆有八成以上學生參與,而銜接學期年實習學生大約二成內,也是系所在推動暑期實習留任學期年實習需要突破的困難點。本研究個案學生以旅遊服務業為所選擇的實習產業,於個案公司流通事業群下的管理中心實習共七個月,除了觀察與發現到相關問題,提出所對應的解決方案。透過實習制度幫助學生提早體驗職場環境,習得實務操作技能,找到自己的興趣,學校藉由實習落實產學合作發揮學以致用的綜效,讓人才畢業即就業,且透過實習的過程企業能觀察實習生的表現,評估未來聘用的潛力與人才。
英文摘要
Internship provides a platform for students to use the knowledge and skills learned in the classroom to connect with the real work world. Early understanding of industry dynamics, adapt to workplace work, integrate theory and skills in real contact and experience. The purpose of the internship is to provide students with the expectations from the classroom to the future career, so that students can hone the skills required for their careers and gain on-the-job experience to facilitate graduation and employment preparation. Therefore, the course of the case department is planned to be a two-month summer internship for juniors to seniors. After the summer internship, you can apply for a senior semester internship or an academic year internship. At present, more than 80% of students participate in summer internships, and less than 20% of the students who join the semester year internships. This is also the difficulty that the department needs to break through in promoting summer internships and staying semester year internships. The internship unit I chose was the tourism service industry, and I worked in the management center under the circulation business group of the case company for a total of seven months. Observe and discover related problems, and propose corresponding solutions. Through the internship system, students can experience the workplace environment early, acquire practical skills, and find their own interests. The school implements industry-university cooperation through internships to give full play to the comprehensive effects of applying what they have learned, so that talents can be employed after graduation. The internship process, companies can observe the performance of interns and evaluate the potential and talents for future employment.
