健康維護是人生的重要課題，也是每個人切身的問題，沒有健康便沒有快樂的人生。健康維護需要有正確的認知觀念，與身體力行的決心。本研究旨在探討健康的意義與維護之重要，要怎樣保養維護比較得體、適切，有沒有那些原則與要領可資遵循，才能減少目前困擾人的許多身心疾病，提升生命品質，過健康、快樂、朝氣與活力的有意義人生。

Health maintenance is the important issue in this life. It's also the relevant issue of everybody. Without health, there would be no happiness in life. The study intends to investigate the meaning and importance of health and the maintenance and rejuvenation of life quality and which methods are usually more appropriate to maintain it. It will explore whether there is any useful principle or essence which we can apply in the daily life that we can decrease many body and mental diseases which upset many people today. Mostly, it will discuss how to elevate the quality of life in order to live a healthy, happy, vigorous and meaningful life.
