台灣地區運輸部門產業關聯效果分析

An Inter-Industry Analysis of Transportation Sectors in Taiwan

本研究目的在探討運輸部門間與非運輸部門問之產業關聯效呆，為能深入了解運輸部門對產業關聯的影響度與風應度，通過投入產出模式，採分割矩陣的方式，利用行政院主計處85年投入產出關聯表160部門國產品交易表的資料，將運輸部門分為7個次部門，分別為鐵路、公路、水上運輸、空運、運輸服務、旅行服務、倉儲、及18個其他部門，研究結果顯示水上運輸與運輸服務業較具策略性產業特質，而海陸聯運具有發展空間。

This paper applto Input-output Models to analyze the input-output effects between transportation sector and non-transportation sectors. The data used in this study is the Taiwan's industrial input-output matrix of year 1996. Among the 160 industries shown in input-output matrix, seven industries including railway transport, highway transport, water transport, air transport, transport service, travel service, and warehousing were classified as sub-sectors of transportation sector. The remains were divided into 18 sectors. the results show that, among the sub-sectors of transportation sector, the water transport and the transport service industries have higher inducement effects than the others. This implies that inter-modal of water & land transport is worth promoting.
