都市捷運路網機廠區位選擇模式之研究

Study on Depot-Location Model ofUrban Transit Network

捷運系統之機廠可分成主要及次要機廠。本研究將機廠相關成本分成行駛成本、營運成本、資本成本三類，並加入列車發生故障之延滯本而以上述成本總和最小化為目標式，在符合列車指派及機廠容量限制下，分別構建主要及次要機廠之區位模式。在模式求解上，本研究採用決策法則，以三個階段依序判斷各候選區位點設置與否之成本效益，可得出最佳組合。在實例應用上，本研究以臺北都會區捷運路網為例，所求出機廠區位之最佳組合，其每年總成本較現有方案為低，並可判斷出主要機廠愈接近路網中心，次要機廠愈接近營運端點，則其總成本愈低。

In general, depots of transit systems include primary depots andsecondary ones. This project constructed the location models of primary andsecondary depots separately to minimize the total cost subject to trainassignment and depot capacity. The 'decision rule' approach is applied to solvethese models. This method compares the benefits by three stages in sequence todetermine whether each of the candidate locations is selected or not. Thesemodels were applied to the Taipei Rapid Transit Systems. Computational resultsshow that the optimal solution is superior to the existing locations.
