國內物流中心配送系統之探討

Delivery Systems of Distribution Centers in Taiwan

近年來，國內現代化物流中心如雨後春筍般地設立，惟相關研究多致力於物流中心內部營運效率之提昇'對於屬外部之配送問題較少探討。由於物流中心之配送屬貨物運輸之一環，且預期國內加入世界貿易組織後，以及未來電子商業之推廣，透過物流中心配送之商品將日益增加，故特加以探討。本文透過訪設、座談、及問卷調查等方式蒐集資料，並輔之文獻回顧，嘗試暸解國內物流中心之配送系統，並從該系統所涉及的各項子系統，包括物流中心子系統、配送子系統以及客戶子系統，分析其現況，進而歸納其問題及未來發展趨勢，以供相關單位參考，並期重視貨物運輸，尤其是都市貨物運輸，及早從事相關研究與規劃工作。

This paper investigates the current delivery systems of distribution centers in Taiwan. by interview, as well as questionnaire survey. Since the delivery system of a distribution center is not an isolated system, distribution centers and customers regarding the current delivery systems are also reviewed. It is shown that there exist some issues in current delivery systems. More efforts are needed from private sectors and the public sector to improve the efficiency of delivery systems of distribution centers, as well as to enhance the performance of urban freight transportation.
