論良法善治原則在法治政府評估中的應用

良法善治是社會主義核心價值觀融入法治的根本體現和價值導向，凸顯新時代中國法治的科學內涵和內在價值。法治政府建設是法治國家的重點領域和關鍵環節，是法治社會建設的前提和基礎，良法善治原則應成為新時代法治政府建設的核心理念。把良法善治精神融入法治政府建設全過程和各方面，必將推動法治政府進入一個全新的發展階段，必將促進法治政府評估實現轉型，以更好地適應良法善治精神提出新的要求。

Rule of law and good governance is key to instilling the socialist core values into China’s legal system. Government under the rule of law is the most crucial element in establishing a rule-of law state in China and also the basis for a rule-of-law society.
