第三期國家太空科技發展長程計畫記者會

Press Conference for the Third Phase of the National Space Science and Technology Development Long-term Plan

行政院蘇貞昌院長簽署上任後第一份公文，核定自2019年起至2028年止，共10年的第三期「太空科技長程發展計畫」，計畫中將發展6枚先導型高解析度光學遙測衛星、2枚超高解析度智能遙測衛星、2枚合成孔徑雷達衛星，結合國內產學界能量，發展高成本效益且具競爭力的太空計畫，建立臺灣自己的太空產業。

Premier Su Tseng-Chang of the Executive Yuan signed the first official document after taking office, approving the third phase of the ''Space Science and Technology Long-term Development Plan'' for a total of 10 years from 2019 to 2028. The plan would develop 6 pilot high-resolution optical remote sensing satellites, 2 ultra-high-resolution intelligent remote sensing satellites, 2 synthetic aperture radar satellites, develop cost-effective and competitive space programs combined with the capability of domestic industry and academia, and establish Taiwan's indigenous space industry.
