Listening, speaking, reading, and writing are the four major categories of language development as well as one of the necessary tools for communication in daily life. People with hearing impairment hearing impaired are unable to accept environmental stimuli and that might restrict language development, form communication barriers, and hinder abilities of daily living. Taekwondo is a fierce antagonistic sport, therefore motion abilities are pretty important for players. In order to perform well in the competition, players must go into strict training. However, the lack of therefore ability might limit training plans on training plans. This research adopted narrative analysis and one-on-one in-depth interviews, and collected relevant information from Facebook, YouTube, blogs, reports, and research about individual cases involved in Taekwondo sports by means of literature analysis. The motivation of this research was to explore the difficulties the case athlete encountered, the transition of life when employed, and the hard working against adversity in order to enlighten the hearing-impaired athletes to overcome obstacles, actively participate in sports, and achieve their goals. The results of this research can be used as a reference for the hearing-impaired athletes, coaches, and the public as well.
