Lu Zu(Lu Dong-bin,798?-862?) is a Taoist fairy who has often shown miracles since Song Dynasty. From the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms, Lu Dong-bin not only recorded in the books of various Taoist denominations, but also recorded in history books, note novels and dramas. In Ming and Qing Dynasties, Lu Dong-bin wrote many classics, quotes, poems, and practice methods with fu-luan(扶鸞), and Lu Dong-bin’s followers published these important documents called Lu Zu Quan Shu(《呂祖全書》). Sing Sin Jing(醒心經) and Lu Zu Sin Jing(呂祖心經) of Lu Zu Quan Shu, were recognized by Dou Tang(斗堂) in Fu-Zhou in Late Qing, and became one of the nine fundamental classics of Dou Tang. This article focuses the two kinds of Lu Dong-bin’s classics recognized by Dou Tang(斗堂) in Fu-Zhou, discuss their tone of thought and Self-Cultivation(工夫論). Through this article, we can know the two Lu Dong-bin’s classics follow the practice method of "Practice in the heart" since Song Dynasty.
