中共與日、美關係正常化談判是中共設定未來中國統一框架的重要談判，關係到中共在國際間推銷一個中國原則的成敗，並為中共在兩岸正統之爭與主從定位上奠立法理基礎。筆者擷取中共在與日本和美國談判建交條件時運用的戰術，如：原則、議程、威脅、利誘、道德、矛盾、時間、模糊等，在兩岸談判中加以對照參考，期能對台灣的談判策略與兩岸互動方式提供反思。

They are relevant to Mainland China's success in canvassing the international community on the 'One China Principle,' and lay the groundwork for the contest across the Taiwan Strait. This article breaks down communist China's tactics in normalizing the relations with Japan and the United States into the following items: agenda, principle, persuasion, temptation, coercion, morality, contradiction, time and blurring. These are examined in the negotiation across the Taiwan Strait in order to reflect upon Taiwan's negotiation strategy and the interaction between Taiwan and Mainland China.
