The study is to discuss the satisfaction among collective efficacy, motivational climate, and team identification of the college Taekwondo Poomsae athletes. Athletes in college man and woman groups of the fourth ROC National Taekwondo Poomsae Championships in 2012 are taken as objects of this study. The research method is to implement questionnaire survey to all the college teams. 230 questionnaires were issue and 220 were collected. Ignored invalid questionnaires, 210 questionnaires were analyzed, and effective response rate is 95.5%. The results shows: After exploratory factor and reliability analysis, there are good reliability and validity of the scale among collective efficacy, motivational climate, and satisfaction.By hierarchical regression, the result displays positive predicted satisfaction on collective efficacy and working-climate; negative predicted satisfaction on self-climate. Not only joint effect between collective efficacy and working-climate but also joint effect between collective efficacy and self-climate significantly predict the satisfaction of the coaches.In motivational working-climate, the athletes will obtain higher satisfaction and identification of the coaches with the promotion of collective efficacy; the athletes will also have higher team satisfaction and identification in self-climate. Results of this study: For Taekwondo poomsae athletes, although the collective efficacy can promote the team satisfaction, but it will cause different level effects on the team between working-climate and self-climate.
