優秀女子跆拳道運動員技術模式個案分析

Case Study in Technical Patterns for an Elite Female Taekwondo

本研究的主要目的為分析2008年及2012年兩屆奧運金牌選手-吳靜鈺，在2015年跆拳道世界大獎賽總決賽中的技術表現。本研究採用質性的觀察研究法，將所得結果進行描述性統計。研究結果顯示吳靜鈺屬於主被動均衡的選手，得分部位以中端為主，主要得分型態以主動右前腳旋踢及反擊左後腳後踢為主，顯示右前左後為其得分站姿。失分數以主動右腳旋踢最高。建議與其對戰時策略應採左前右後站姿降低她的右前腳攻擊得分能力，並採取主動攻擊獲取分數。增加單次高得分的技術、並能在規則改變時修改技戰術，也是吳靜鈺選手在比賽中獲勝的要素。本篇研究可供跆拳道女子運動員訓練參考。

The purpose of this study was to analyze player Wu Jing-Yu, who was a consecutive Olympic gold medal winner in 2008 and 2012, with her performance in attack skill in 2015 Taekwondo World Grand Prix Final. A qualitative observational method was adopted to analyze the filming video content. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistic. Wu Jing-Yu was balanced between active attack and counter-attack. Most scores were from attack on trunk. The main scoring patterns were right front foot roundhouse active attack kick and left back foot back kick counter-attack, indicating right foot forward was her standing posture before scoring. The main lost point were right foot roundhouse kick active attack. Suggest to adopt more active attack.
