運動管理在跆拳道相關組織之應用

跆拳道運動的訓練是非常艱辛的，必須投入相當多的人力、心力、經費、時間、練習與技術分析。對於國內的組織而言，許多賽事的舉辦以及活動推廣，都需要更多國人的支持。本文在於探討跆拳道的起源，再從跆拳道的發展，了解與分析我國跆拳道協會的組織與其功能。以運動管理的方式，運用在跆拳道相關組織，將運動管理的理論，運用在跆拳道的推廣，例如管理理論包括規劃、組織、人事、領導與管控。以及分析跆拳道的規劃、組織、領導、管控，希望跆拳道各相關組織能夠更蓬勃發展活耀於國際賽事中。

The training effort in Taekwondo is very difficult. It needs to devote tremendous careness including mental and physical, expenditure and time. The event performed and activity promoted by the national organizations needing more and more citizen’s supports. This article will probe to the origin of Taekwondo, then to its development, then learn and analyze the organization and function for the national Taekwondo association. Also, introduce how to apply the sport management theories to the Taekwondo related organizations, as well as the sport promotion. These theories are planning, organization, leadership and control of Taekwondo. May this article enable our national Taekwondo organizations to get a level promotion and a rising and flourishing international involvement.
