Classification and Management of Hypersensitivity to Nonsteroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs)

NSAIDs 為臨床上常見的過敏藥物，其過敏的病理機制區分為免疫與非免疫（交叉過敏），臨床表現具有多樣性。基於臨床症狀及病理機制的差異，將 NSAIDs 過敏進行分類，以幫助落實合理的診斷步驟及適當的病患處置，有其重要性。本文將針對 NSAIDs 過敏的分類、臨床表現、診斷工具和處置方式進行討論。

Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are the drugs most frequently involved in hypersensitivity reactions. These reactions include various clinical entities with different pathomechanisms concerning immunological and nonimmunological mechanisms (cross-reactivity). Classification of hypersensitivity based on the clinical manifestations and suspected mechanism is important for implementing rational diagnostic procedures and adequate patient management. In this article, the topics on classification, clinical spectrum, diagnostic tools and management of hypersensitivity reactions to NSAIDs will be discussed.
