The remote school principals seem to face more school management difficulties than general school. The purpose of the study is to investigate what management difficulties remote junior high school principals encountered and what strategies they would adopt to cope with. The method of this study adopted semi-structured interview and data were collected from three excellent principals of remote junior high school in Changhua County. Other than the findings, the researcher also tried to make some suggestions for government, remote school principals, and the future study. |
