On the issue of cloned animals as food, is there sufficient scientific evidence to secure it’s safe to human health? Do we have the ability to reverse-trace food from cloned animals? And how about the perspectve of moral, do cloned animals for food meet philosophy, theology and even moral standards of social value judgments? To what extend should the regulatory requirements of the relevant information to be disclosed? Does cloned animal meet the patent requirement? If it does, then how to set? Whether national legislation inconsistence becomes to hinder free trade? Finally, on this issue, our existing laws and regulations are incomplete. How to incorporate the precautionary principle in the process of policy making? Should we follow the American model or the European model, or for our own national feelings to develop a new one. This is a serious topic to legislators and the associated administrative units.
