基因改造魚對人體及自然環境的影響及其因應

就基因改造魚的發展沿革及其可能引來的環境危害風險以及食品安全問題，美國認為基因改造觀賞魚已無明顯重大的環境風險，並未嚴格禁止基改魚釋放野外自然環境，甚至可以自由交易基改觀賞魚，不論是否釋放自然環境，食用基改鮭魚也一樣認為在自然環境中無明顯重大環境危害。截至目前為止，食用基改魚雖未完成食品上市審查許可，但類推基改植物食品發展數十年的經驗，基改魚食品在風險控管與實驗多年之後，假如沒有不可承受的環境與安全風險，既有的管制政策及其手段，即已充分，無須另設特別管制程序。

Whether it is right or not, it should have fair and equal review at this issue thorough-ly after several generations past.
