This research is applying the concepts of learning organization in “The Fifth Discipline.” The application of learning organization will help not only analyze feasible ways in preschool education development in our country but also figure out the redicaments might be faced. In prospect, the coping strategies formulation could be the goal for constructing preschool learning organization. This study is done by literature review to realize the definition, connotation and related researches in terms of learning organization. This discusses the predicaments that preschool organization, curriculum and educators might be faced and provided concrete suggestions for official administration and future researching. According to the finding of literature review, this study proposes four solutions below:I. Emphasis on team-orientation for teachers’ professional development;II. Cultivate the concept of teachers’ lifelong learning;III. Cultivate the concept of sustainable management for organization membership;IV. Implementation of empowerment in leadership. |
