The DRGs is a prospective payment system. Its purpose was to curb the high growth of medical expenses and ensure the quality of medical care for the people. In recent years, the surplus of DRGs has been declining year by year. In the future, phases 3, 4, and 5 will be implemented. We must pay attention to medical efficiency while improving medical quality and effectiveness. The purpose of this project was to develop a systematic management model and establish a data-driven culture for DRGs. |
