This paper interviewed 15 Taiwan-Japan ''Idouzi'' (Besides Taiwan-Japan half, also including overseas Chinese, and those stayed in Japan by more than four years because of family issues) on the status and identification of language development. Most interviewees are able to handle both Chinese and Japanese and are positive to have such a capability. However, few of them are clearly and precisely reply on the questions about identification, likely being attributable to the experience on contemporary history learning and the attitude of surrounding people. |
