Besides verbal nouns (VNs) of Knago (Sino-Japanese), in Japanese Language, compound nouns (N+V) of Wago (native Japanese) also exist, which are like KOSODATE, NESAGARI, MUNASAWAGI. The previous works by Kageyama (1993) (1999) on compound nouns (N+V) of Wago are well known. Based on the concept of ''the Dekigoto-noun'' of Kageyama, Ishizuka (2012) developed the study more and used a newspaper corpus to divide the case government of Wago nominal verb which belongs to compound nouns (N+V) of Wago into 3 types. The type of ''su-ru'', the type of ''ga-su-ru'', and the type of ''ga/wo-su-ru''. In this paper, I analyzed 109 compound nouns (N+V) of Wago which are extracted by Ishizuka (2012), basing on the lexical conceptual structure (LCS) of the verb. As a result, it is clear that the case government of compound nouns (N+V) of Wago with ''suru'' verb is deeply related to the event structures in Japanese Language. |
