村上春樹《黑夜之後)中所描繪的暴力以鏡子作為解讀的關鍵

The Violence in Haruki Murakami ''Afterdark'': A Mirror as the Key to Reading and Understanding

對於暴力的探討一直以來都是村上春樹小說重要的一部分。自從《發條鳥年代記〉以來，村上春樹不斷地描寫著各式各樣形態的暴力。《黑夜之後〉這部小說中也出現了暴力的場景，就是賣春女子被殿打的傷害事件。犯人·白川有著暴力的一面，但也是一位知性的電腦工程師。白川有著如此極端的性格，他內心的暴力傾向藉由鏡子讓人一覽無遺。白川暴力的一面全是來自人類本能的欲望。另一方面，本作品的主角·瑪麗也有類似的場景。鏡子照射出她對姊姊感到的自卑感。這正是她心中潛在的暴力傾向。來自本能欲望的暴力傾向是不會消失的，白川的夜晚不會那麼簡單就過去。相較之下，有勇氣面對自己內心的瑪麗，她沐浴在希望的曙光之中。

It is one of the important problems of the novel of Haruki Murakami to search violence. From ”The Wind-Up Bird Chronicle” Haruki Murakami mentions it by violence of various form. A violent scene exists in ”Afterdark” too. It is violence to a Chinese prostitute. Shirakawa whom I used violence on is an intellectual office worker at the same time to hold the violent first page. In Shirakawa having such a contradicting image, internal violence characteristics emerge by a mirror. The violence characteristics of Shirakawa come from human instinctive greed. On the other hand, there is the scene of the mirror similar on the Malian part which is a chief character. It is an inferiority complex for the older sister Mali to have been found by a mirror. Furthermore, the inferiority complex is potential violence characteristics of Mali. The night for Shirakawa is not easily over because the violence characteristics to come from instinctive greed never disappear. In contrast, Mari who obtained courage to meet an inferiority complex is exposed to the first light of dawn desired.
