西川滿小說色彩詞之研究

The Color Words in Mizuru Nisikawa’s Novels

本文目的在於透過調查西川滿小說中的色彩詞，來探究其文學作品中鮮明而又強烈的視覺要素。調查結果發現：西川小說中的色彩詞出現率極高，且色調非常豐富。和同時期作家一樣，在紅、黃、青、白、黑、金、銀之七個基本色中，使用白色系之色彩詞最多，但特別偏愛具有強烈光澤的金、銀色系。此外，細看抽出的實際用例可發現：「花扁青」、「常盤色」、「龍膽色」、「孔雀色」等西川個人特殊用語，及「琥珀色」、「亞麻色」、「薔薇色」、「土色」、「蛋色」等固有色名的表現也很多，由此可得知他作品中色彩詞之多樣性。

The purpose of this paper is aimed at studying the clearly and strongly visual elements hidden in the literature of Mizuru Nisikawa by surveying the color words used in his novels. The study result shows that the appearance frequency of color words in his novels is very high and the color category is very rich. As same as the other writers at the same time period, he used white-color words most frequently compared to six other colors including red, yellow, cyan, black, gold, and sliver. However, he preferred strongly shining gold and silver colors. Moreover, it is found from the further analysis that the colors including cyan, gentian and peacock are uniquely used by Mizuru Nisikawa, and the fundamental colors such as amber, flax, rose, earth and egg frequently appears in his novels. Accordingly, his literature is full of color variety.
