Travel is one of the transient spatial movements of human beings. The origin of travel is the ancient French 'travaillier', which means“To travel in a hard way”. Ancient travel meaning“to travel in a hard way”is quite different from the modern sightseeing meaning“going to live in foreign countries or other places to see the scenery and historical sites.”The image of the travel destination is the feeling of the passenger to the destination, and the emotional connection between the destination and the passenger. Whether it is from the perspective of passengers or from the relevant personnel responsible for tourism, it is an important issue. According to my consideration, half of the 10 articles in“Laos ni Ittai Nani ga Aru to Iundesuka”contain elements related to water, rivers, sea, rain, and wine. This paper is based on this book to explore the purpose of Haruki Murakami's trip, the image of each travel destination, and the similarities and differences between the destinations. I hope this paper can help Japanese language education by reading Japanese articles to achieve the goal of cross-cultural communication. |
