The main purpose of this research is to investigate the employees' Organizational Commitment, Industrial Relations Climate and Job Satisfaction from one taken-over media according to the Radio and Television Act regulations. The results showed that: being line/staff, the nearly retired, the highly paid seniors and the lower paid juniors who perceive the new management differently. The employees take the station as a bland which is not equal to the new management. Thus, the more organizational commitment they have, the more opposite industrial relations climate they hold, which is so different from the previous studies. |
