Based on social exchange theory, this study aims to understand the factors affecting the organizational citizenship behavior for the environment of employee, and to explore the influence between employee perception organization support, psychological contract, organizational commitment, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior for the environment.The objects of the study are employees in different companies. Among these, effective questionnaires are 409 pieces. Then, AMOS and SPSS 20 are employed to analyze hypotheses. The result shows as the followings: (1)Perceived organizational support has a positive influence on organizational commitment; (2)Perceived organizational support has an active effect on job satisfaction; (3)Organizational commitment has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior for the environment; (4)Job satisfaction has a great influence on organizational citizenship behavior for the environment; (5)Perceived organization support has a positive effect upon organizational citizenship behavior for the environment.; (6)Psychological contract doesn’t have a positively disturbing perceived organizational support on organizational commitment; (7)Psychological contract doesn't have a positively disturbing perceived organizational support on job satisfaction. According to the results, some conclusions and suggestions are brought up to be the references when business organization wants to carry out policies or do researches relative to environmental protection. |
