臺灣電子書產業現況與策略分析

The Current Situation and Strategies of Taiwan's E-book Industry

本研究主要著重於剖析臺灣的電子書產業現況，針對臺灣電子書產業進行 SWOT 分析並提出產業發展策略，以及藉由中華電信推出的「 Hami 書城」與亞馬遜推出的 Kindle 閱讀器，比較分析兩者的營運模式，找出目前臺灣電子書之發展的不足之處，以期在國內產業面臨的困境與挑戰下，能歸納出臺灣電子書業者的未來經營策略並提出可行性的建議。

This study focused on the analysis of the current status of e-book industry in Taiwan, SWOTanalysis was used to investigate the domestic e-books industry, and proposed some strategies for the industrial development. Besides, through the comparison and analysis of operation modes between the Hami Book of Chunghwa Telecom and the Kindle Reader of Amazon in order to find some shortages of Taiwan e-books industry, and bring up some further strategies and recommendations to solve the difficulties and challenges of Taiwan e-books industry.
