Interaction Design in the Digital Era-The Pilot Study of Artificial Intelligence Applications in Co-Creating Public Space Design

AI (Artificial Intelligence) is a technology that is becoming more and more pervasive through these several years. However, what does the public know about AI, and how do they interact with it? Research shows that utilizing AI as a material of Co- Creating Public Space might increase people's comprehension of this technology. This pilot study discusses the relationship between AI technology and the public. The research questions are how to- apply AI in our daily life, how to offer people ''explainable'' AI works through Interaction Design, and how people react to Co-Creating with AI in Public Spaces. Additionally, it revises a new design process according to the results it discovers; furthermore, creates an experimental Interaction Design in Public Space applying AI Technology by using these design process.
