試析《世說新語》之悲感心理

A Study of Sadness Psychology in Shi Shuo Xin Yu

魏晉是混亂的時代，同時也是人自覺的時代。文學作為人類心理的反映，《世說新語》表現那個時代的社會風尚、文化特色，充斥著各色人物的風度風采。然在鮮活生動的表面，卻隱含著難以言喻的悲感。本文以《世說新語》為本，結合時代氛圍和現代心理學的運用，從時代特色到悲感起因，發現主要和政治紊亂及生命意識相關，透過悲感行為的表現，放縱、對死過度哀傷、莫名愁緒，從心理創傷的角度，進一步觀察到其常表現出焦慮、悲傷、逃避、壓抑、重情等行為。這種身不由己，痛苦不堪，卻又盡情活出自己，顯見人的價值與生命意義。

Wei and Jin dynasties are chaotic and conscious. Literature, as a reflection of human psychology, "Shi Shuo Xin Yu" shows the social fashion and cultural characteristics of that era. It is full of the elegant demeanour of various characters. However, its vivid and vivid surface implies unspeakable sadness. This article is based on "Shi Shuo Xin Yu", combining the atmosphere of the times and the use of modern psychology, from the characteristics of the times to the causes of sadness, and found that it is mainly related to political disturbances and life awareness. Sadness, inexplicable sadness, from the perspective of psychological trauma, it is further observed that it often exhibits anxiety, sadness, escape, depression, and affection. This kind of involuntary and painful oneself, but living out to the fullest, shows the value of people and the meaning of life.
