After we go to many domestic industries to diagnose the noise sources through the plants visitingactivities, we have found out the noise improvement costs and energy consumption is often more than5~10 times if the factory lack of thought of noise control at the planning stage. In the noise control field,prevention is usually very much better than cure.Hence, in order to solve the noise problem in the factory efficiently, it is necessary to consider all thedetail of the sound field and noise control design in the early stage. First of all, choose the quiet machine:The sound power data of the machine can then be used as a starting point to predict the likely generalarea noise levels. Secondly, considering the sound and vibration reduction configuration. Last but notleast, the most important part of noise control by planning concerns layout. This involves the use of notonly distance to reduce noise levels but also psychology.In order to evaluate the noise reduction effect of the considering the noise reduction at the planningstage, the source identification and measurement technique will be established for the plant noise. Also,the diagnoses of noise sources and the assessment model of noise improvement countermeasures will beset up by using the spectral analysis technique.
