根據本團隊近年至全台多所工廠進行噪音勘查輔導之經驗,事後噪音改善的費用與精力耗費往往為事前設計的5~10 倍以上,使得大多數噪音改善事倍而功半。因此,為了要有效率的解決工廠內的噪音問題,必須在建廠初期從規劃與初步設計階段,便對所有的聲場環境與噪音控制設計細節,加以考慮才會容易而有效,包括設廠時的機器設備採購階段,對於設備之聲功率規格要求;廠房施工與機器安裝階段之防振防音要求;以及完工營運階段之生產作業線布置。為了評估廠房在建廠設計階段進行噪音規劃設計的降噪效果,本研究採用一套針對工廠振動噪音進行量測、評估後,建立聲場模型並提出改善樣態及其成效綜合評估的工廠噪音評估改善模式,進行「金屬製造業工廠」建廠初期新建廠房的降噪效果評估。由結果可知本研究所提出之三種規劃方案,其全廠每人平均降低音量分別為6.2dB、7.5dB 以及13dB。
英文摘要
After we go to many domestic industries to diagnose the noise sources through the plants visitingactivities, we have found out the noise improvement costs and energy consumption is often more than5~10 times if the factory lack of thought of noise control at the planning stage. In the noise control field,prevention is usually very much better than cure.Hence, in order to solve the noise problem in the factory efficiently, it is necessary to consider all thedetail of the sound field and noise control design in the early stage. First of all, choose the quiet machine:The sound power data of the machine can then be used as a starting point to predict the likely generalarea noise levels. Secondly, considering the sound and vibration reduction configuration. Last but notleast, the most important part of noise control by planning concerns layout. This involves the use of notonly distance to reduce noise levels but also psychology.In order to evaluate the noise reduction effect of the considering the noise reduction at the planningstage, the source identification and measurement technique will be established for the plant noise. Also,the diagnoses of noise sources and the assessment model of noise improvement countermeasures will beset up by using the spectral analysis technique. By the way, an example with three design configurationsfor the noise improvement of a factory will be accomplished for the purpose of undertaking the costeffectivenessanalysis and the assessment comparison.
