我國籌辦近六年的2017夏季第29屆世界大學運動會已於2017年八月中旬順利完成，回溯整場賽會的成果順利圓滿成功，並肯定我國今後具有能力籌辦一切的國際賽事。當維安重點全力建構在反恐的處置應變作為時，卻在最重要的開幕典禮儀式過程中遭遇到特定族群的陳情抗議，反而另類聚焦了世界各國的注目，因此世大運賽會期間的反恐維安思考重點與執行成效就成為評論的焦點。而在全球依然瀰漫在恐怖襲擊的氛圍下，或許恐襲風險會因世大運的結束而有轉移可能，但並不表示國內的反恐維安任務已經完成。經此次世大運洗禮，對我國在籌辦大型賽事的能力，不論在場地、軟硬體設施、選手村維安等各項執行作為，均受到各國的肯定。未發生並不代表不會發生，這僅僅是恐怖襲擊的風險指數稍微下降而已，因此，若能將已耗費龐大的人事物資所建構並具高度統合的反恐戰力成果，延續擴延分置全國，由重點布置轉化為面式建置，相信今後將朝安全指數更高境界，我國未來如再籌辦大型運動賽事時，世界各國相信是對我國深具信心及安心的。

Taiwan official organized approximate 6years what the 29th summer 2017 Universiade was staged smoothly in mid-August 2017. This event indicated that our country have ability holding international game.All security work point focus on the counter-terrorism, during the event. We not only encountered the protest by specific groups but also came the international attention at the same time. Therefore, the valuation focus is executing effort about counter-terrorism while activity was hold.However, the global still filled the terrorism. Though the Universiade has already ended, but the terrorism will not disappear. Our team was recognized by all countries after the experience of this event, no matter what the courses, facilities, security,guard, etc. In other word, for us the counter-terrorism just beginning.In conclusion, terrorist attack is endless. We should expend a lot of resource on build the reaction framework and system. To improve our country's homeland security defense capabilities. All world countries will deeply trust our country capabilities if we hold international game in future.
