賴清德院長視察福爾摩沙衛星七號

Prime Minister Ching-Te Lai Visiting FORMOSAT-7

行政院賴清德院長與科技部陳良基部長於8月3日蒞臨視導國研院太空中心，賴清德院長一行人先進入衛星操控中心，視導福衛五號與臺灣地面站通聯實況，接著聽取太空中心對於福衛七號運送工作之規劃，隨即進入衛星整測廠房，實際了解福衛七號最後整裝作業。賴清德院長除了期勉國家太空中心團隊同仁努力不懈，順利完成運送與發射場作業外，更祝福福衛七號發射順利成功，並再次重申政府有永續發展台灣太空科技的決心，將會持續推動各項相關太空計畫。

The Prime Minister of the Executive Yuan, Ching-Te Lai, and the Minister of Science and Technology. Liang-Gee Chen, came to visit National Space Organization (NSPO). National Applied Research Laboratories (NARLabs), on August 3. Prime Minister Lai first entered the satellite operations and control center and watched the live communications between FORMOSAT-5 and the Taiwan ground stations, then listened to the NSPO plan for delivering FORMOSAT-7 satellites to the launch site, and then entered the satellite integration and test facility to actually realize the final pre-shipment operations for FORMOSAT-7 satellites. In addition to the unremitting efforts of the NSPO team members and the successful completion of the shipment and launch site operations, Prime Minister Lai also wished the successful launch of FORMOSAT-7. He reiterated that the government would determine to develop Taiwan's space technology and various related space programs continuously.
