NSPO Director General Handover

國家太空中心新任主任由中興大學電機工程學系中興講座教授兼行政副校長林俊良教授接任。林俊良主任之專長為控制工程、航太工程、資訊工程、自動化工程，發表學術期刊及研討會議文超過450篇，並擁有近40件專利，還著有13本專書，研究卓越。林主任對國內自主發展飛彈導引控制系統貢獻卓越，並開發仿生最佳化演算理論，以及嶄新之節能控制設計學理，相信林俊良主任豐富的工程科學研究經驗與領導管理的長才，能帶領太空中心持續發展具台灣特色與競爭力的衛星計畫，也特別感謝張桂祥前主任過去七年對太空中心的付出。

The new Director General of National Space Organization (NSPO) was replaced by Chun-Liang Lin, Professor of Department of Electrical Engineering, Chair Professor, and Vice President for Administration, National Chung Hsing University, Director General C. L. Lin specializes in control engineering, aerospace engineering, information engineering, and automation engineering. His research excellence includes more than 450 academic papers in journals and conferences. nearly 40 patents, and 13 books. Director General Lin, contributed to the domestic self-developed missile guidance control system, the theory of bionic optimization algorithm, and the theory of new energy-saving control design. It is believed that Director General Lin's research experience in engineering and leadership in management can lead NSPO to develop satellite programs with Taiwan characteristics and competitiveness. Also thanks to the former Director General Guey-Shin Chang for his contribution to NSPO in the past seven years.
