明代「關格」一詞涵義之演變

「關格」一詞，內容涉及了病名、症狀、脈象、病機、證候、疾病轉歸、甚至預後。《宋本傷寒論》後，因元代朱丹溪對「關格」提出了中焦痞膈及痰飲病機的一種論述，影響了明代的醫家在痰飲及中焦疾病上論述「關格」，其中尤以綜合醫書類的典籍內容最豐富。在《古今醫統大全》後，許多醫家均將「關格」別列一門來討論，其中以張景岳對金元四大家的理論有許多的批評論述，認為「關格」應指一種陰陽失和的危重脈體，而非病名或症狀。

Among them, Zhang Jingyue had many criticisms of the theory of Jin and Yuan's four people and considered that ''Guan-ge'' should refer to a type of yin and yang.
