The purpose of this study is to explore the research on knowledge sharing and professional development of preschool educators. This research adopts the literature analysis method, the main purpose is to discuss the level and influencing factors of knowledge sharing of preschool educators, as well as the level and dilemma of professional development of preschool educators. The following conclusions were reached: (1) The level of knowledge sharing for preschool educators includes four levels: sharing personal knowledge, sharing teaching skills, sharing learning opportunities, sharing and promotion motivation, etc. (2) The influencing factors of knowledge sharing of preschool educators mainly include internal and external factors. (3) The level of professional development of preschool educators mainly includes four levels of educational security professional knowledge, professional spirit and growth, general knowledge, and preschool administration knowledge. (4) The predicament of the professional development of preschool educators may include the teacher's individualist professional culture that hinders the intellectual interaction between teachers, the lack of adequate training channels and information on training activities, the sense of responsibility for children and the inability to cooperate with the time of training activities, deductions salary to pay for the cost of training activities, the subject of training activities does not meet the needs of the staff, and attitude of family. Based on the results of the study, the researcher made several suggestions to provide reference for educational administration agencies, preschools, and preschool educators. |
